History

The Fiat 500 was produced by Fabrica Italiana Automobili Torino between 1957 and 1975 and was designed by Dante Giacosa. Launched as the Nuova with 479cc in July 1957. The L or Lusso penultimate model, was produced between 1968 1972, it feature a much modernised interior including a renewed dashboard, and the engine upgraded to 499cc. Described as the perfect city car.
